GCSE Result Day

Today is GCSE results day and I hope all the young people who picked their results up across South Ribble got what they deserved, through hard work and dedication.

This morning, I had the privilege of witnessing the delight on people’s faces when they opened their results at Academy at Worden in Leyland.

I was really pleased to hear that Worden achieved their best ever GCSE results for the school.

Well done to the class of 2025 all across South Ribble.
