It was good to meet with the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Steve Reed MP and Sir Lindsay Hoyle MP last week to discuss Local Government reorganisation.

I firmly believe that local government reorganisation, alongside the potential for a mayoral combined authority, is essential for enabling.
