Well Done Cinderbake

Have you ever had one of those sudden cravings for a raspberry and white chocolate blondie? You know the one, like a brownie but lighter, with a soft, gooey centre, packed with raspberries and smothered in white chocolate?

Well, if live in or near Penwortham, I’ve got just the place for you.

I popped into Cinderbake in South Ribble last week. They have some incredibly tasty bakes, but I just had to try their blondie, which has just won an award, and I can honestly say it deserves it.

If you’re local, I’d highly recommend popping in. But if you’re further afield, there’s good news too. They’ve just launched a postal service, so you can now get a sweet treat from them delivered straight to your door anywhere in the UK.
