Conference Stall Visits

Thank you to all the constituents who encouraged me to meet with representatives from charities and organisations at this year’s conference. I managed to visit as many as I could and had some really interesting conversations with staff and volunteers about the inspiring work they do.

I’ve come away wiser about the challenges they face and the difference they make, and I’m very grateful to them for sharing their experiences with me. Thank you Alzheimer's Society, Dementia UK, British Heart Foundation, Stroke Association North West, Pancreatic Cancer UK and Marie Curie UK.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be looking at how their efforts can help support people here in South Ribble.
