Civil Service Pensions

Lots of people have contacted me about the ongoing failures of Capita in administering Civil Service Pensions, and enough is enough, so I've written to the Minister at the Cabinet Office once again.

I've heard from a huge number of you who are still waiting, some of you for years, to receive the pension payments you are rightfully owed. I know that one constituent has been waiting over FOUR YEARS for their pension to be resolved. This is simply not good enough.

I recognise that these are people who worked hard and paid in their whole lives, and instead of enjoying a secure retirement, they're stuck fighting just to get what they're simply owed. I know it's taking a real toll on their financial, physical and mental health.
