Witnessing The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment being granted the Freedom of the Borough of South Ribble was one of the proudest moments of my time as an MP.

I just want to say a special thank you to all those who serve our King and country, sacrificing time with their loved ones over Christmas and, more profoundly, standing ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for us all.

This week, I’ve been actively fulfilling my responsibilities as Co-Chair of the Armed Forces All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG), alongside my colleague Alex Ballinger MP.
